Single Head Rotary Capping Machine are used for sealing the bottles of various shapes and sizes by simple placing the pre-threaded screw cap on the bottom. The machine works on the basic principle of of intermittent rotary motion with Geneva mechanism and facilitates the easy changeover of ROPP caps. It works on the mechanism of No Bottle - No Cap". The torque level of the machine can be easily adjusted to achieve a leak proof capping. A vibratory/ bowl feeder controls the infeed of caps on to the bottles. All the parts including bottle guide that come in contact are fabricated from stainless steel to ensure long service life of the product.

The machine provides great flexibility for adjusting the torque level to ensure a leak proof capping. A vibratory bowl/feeder controls the infeed of caps on to the bottles. These machines works on the mechanism of "A No Bottle - No Cap". It can be easily integrated with a bulk elevator provided with interlocks to maintain uniform flow of caps into feeder. All the part exposed to wear are fabricated from stainless steel that ensures the long life of the product.
