We
offer a complete Automatic Packing Line for Creams of different viscosity in
containers and jars of different shapes and size. The packaging line
consists of :
- Accumulator (Conveyorised Feeder)
- Automatic 2 Head/4 Nozzle reciprocating type piston fillers with
rotary valves for clean cut-off.
- Automatic Rotary 8 Head Screw Capping Machine for capping the jars
with pre-threaded caps to the required torque.
The automatic packaging line provides high output with a proper
synchronization between filling and capping machines. The machine is
provided with various safety interlocks and stops at surge discharge for a
drip free filling. The complete line of packaging can be used for filling
viscous products like adhesives, balms, creams, lotions, emulsions and other
creams in jars and bottles of different size.
