The film roll is exactly cut to the size of the carton, wrapped and then heat sealed. These machines are ideally suited for overwrapping rectangular shaped cartons like tooth brush cartons, cassettes, blade dispensers and other rectangular cartons used in pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food and similar industries.

Collating and Overwrapping Machine is used for collating cartons and solids of rectangular shape into multiple layers and rows and finally overwrapping the bundle with heat-sealable films. Fully automated, the machine can be linked to cartooning machine for complete packaging line. All the parts of the machine exposed to wear are made up of stainless, thus ensuring a long service life and smooth movement of the carton.

We offer a fully automated Flow Wrapping Machines (Horizontal Pillow) for packing variety of solid products in different shapes with all sealable films and laminates. The machine is available with a Photocell Registration Unit for spot printed films. Driven by AC motor, the machine provide excellent control over the speed while packaging.
